Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited (APIL), promoted by the Delhi based Ansal Group, is one of the prominent real estate developers in Northern India. The Group, headed by brothers Sushil and Deepak Ansal, is engaged in developing integrated townships, IT cities and commercial and residential complexes. Recently as part of an organizational reshuffle, all the companies of the Ansal Group have been brought under one banner i.e. the Ansal API. Ansal Group has been a major player in the real state sector in the country since 1967. It is now regarded as one of the top most real state group in the country.

Till date the most dominant activity of Ansals has been Real Estate Promotion & Development. Major Projects
Ansal Group has been at the forefront of real estate development in the NCR region. The company is credited with developing several landmark high-rise commercial buildings like Statesman House, Antariksh Bhawan, Tolstoy House, Indra Prakash, Navrang House and Ansal Bhawan. The Marriott Welcome Hotel at Saket, New Delhi, is part of the Ansal Group's venture into the hospitality segment. Ansal API has also pioneered high-tech auditoriums, cinema calls and state-of the art multiplex in Delhi. Ansal gave Delhi its first multiplex, the immensely popular PVR-Anupam.

Ansal API has forayed into the education sector with schools like the Chiranjiv Bharati School at Palam Vihar and Sushant Lok, premier institutions like the Ansal Institute of Technology and the Sushant Schools of Art and Architect. In step with its expansion plans, the Ansal API has forayed into the development of integrated townships, IT cities and properties in joint ventures in tier-II cities and towns. Megapolis, Greater Noida
Megapolis is a mega-city project of Ansal API. It is one of the major project of the company that aims to provide world class living apartments and societies to the customers. This mega-city projects claims to offer clean and healthy pollution free environment residential apartments with strategic synchronization of commercial, retail, industrial and institutional zones with high grade facilities. It is being developed in Greater Noida near Delhi.

Splendor Homes, Jaipur
Apart from Delhi, the Ansal APL is also undertaking some important projects in the other states. Splendor Homes in Jaipur is one of the major finest clusters of about 800 apartments on a landscaped pocket of approximately 12 acres in the green, incorporated township of Sushant City, Jaipur.

Sushant Lok, Jodhpur
