Major Projects

New Ventures
Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties group has assumed the construction of residential development of about 15000 residential places and commercial units. The group boasts having profound expertise in building economic housing and commercial units in 1, tier 2 and tier 3 tier towns. This business group is working on an exquisite industrial park project with a trail of approximately 1196 acres, in a joint scheme with SIDCUL, the government of Uttarakhand undertaking assigned with industrial development of the state. The group is now working to diversify in East and Central India, in addition to its current zone of Northern states of Uttar Pradesh, NCR, Haryana, Punjab and Uttarakhand.
