Examples Of Shayari
Mirza Ghalib's Shayari: Har Baat Par Kehte Ho Tum
Har baat per kehte ho tum ke tu kya hai
Tumhi batao yeh andaz-e-guftgu kya hai
Ragon main daudane ke ham nahi kayal
Jo aankh hi se na tapka who lahu kya hai
Nukta chii hai gam e dil ke sunaye na bane
Kya baat bane wahan, jahan baat banye na bane?
Ishq par zor nahi hai yeh who attish Ghalib
Jo lagaye na lage bhujhaye na bane?
Na tha main to khuda tha,
Kuch na hota to khuda hota?
Mitaya mujh ko hone ne,
Na hota main to kya hota
Kahu kis se ki kya kiya hai
Shabe gam buri bala hai
Mujhe kya bura tha marna
Gar ek bar baar hota
Na tha kuch to khuda tha, kuch na hota to khuda hota
Duboya mujhko hone ne, na hota main to kya hota?
Huaa jab gham se yoon behis to gham kya sar ke katne ka
Na hota gar juda tan se zaanoon par dhara hota
Huee muddat ke Ghalib mar gaya par yaad aata hai
Wo hare k baat pe kehana ke yoon hota to kya hota?
Majaz's Shayari: Taskin e dil e mahazu na hui wo sai e qaram farama bhi gaye
Taskin e dil e mahazu na hui wo sai e qaram farama bhi gaye
Us sai e qaram ka kya kahiye bahala bhi gaye tadapa bhi gaye
Ek arz e vafa bhi kar na sake kuch kah na sake kuch sun na sake
Yahan hum ne zaban hi khole thi vahan aankh jhuki sharama bhi gaye
Aashuftagi e vahashat ke qasam kairat ke qasam hasrat ke qasam
Ab aap kahe kuch ya na kahe hum raz e tabassum pa bhi gaye
Rudad e gam e ulfat un se hum kya kahate kyonkar kahate
Ek harf na nikala hothon se aura ankh mein aansu aa bhi gaye
Arbab e junun pe furkat mein ab kya kahiye kya kya guzra
Aaye the savad e ulfat mein kuch kho bhi gaye kuch pa bhi gaye
Ye rang e bahar e alam kai kya fiqr hai tujh ko ae saqi
Mahafil to teri suni na hui kuch uth bhi gaye kuch aa bhi gaye
Is mahafil e kaif o masti mein is anjuman e irafani mein
Sab jam ba kaf baithe rahe hum pi bhi gaye chhalaka bhi gaye.
Firaq Gorakhpuri: Ye Mana Zindagi Hai Char Din Ke
Ye mana zindagi hai char din ke
Bahut hote hain yaro char din bhi
Khuda ko pa gaya waiz magar hai
Zarurat aadmi ko aadmi ke
Mila hun muskura ke uss se har bar
Magar aankhon mein bhi thi kuch nahi sit hi
Muhabbat mein kahen kya hal dil ka
Khushi hi kam aati hai nag ham hi
Bhari mahafil mein hare k se bachakar
Teri aankhon ne mujh se baat kar li
Ladakpan ke ada hain jaan leva
Gazab ke chokari hain hath-bhar ke
Raqib e gamazada ab sabr kar le
Kabhi us se meri bhi dosti thi.
Gulzar's Shayari: Aadatan Tum Ne Kar Diye Vaade
Aadatan tum ne kar diye vaade
Aadatan tum ne kar diye vaade
Teri raahon menin baraha ruk kar
Hum ne apna hi intezar kiya
Ab na maange zindagi ya rab
Ye gunaah hum ne ek bar kiya.
