Skoda Laura

Skoda Laura, based on A5 platform, is a customized sedan tailormade for Indian conditions. Catering to luxury D-plus car segment of India, the car has cutting-edge engine technology, well-finished exteriors and classy interiors. It has so much to offer that can prove to be a real value for money.
Design and Interior
Chiselled exteriors and passionately crafted luxurious interiors give the car a stunning look. Xenon headlamps with power washers, are a distinct feature of the sedan. Sparkling fog lights are fitted on sleek body colored front bumper of the car. Window corners are rounded off, which enhances the attractiveness of the vehicle's monolithic body. The adjustable side view mirrors are equipped with front turn signal lamps. Body colored door handles uplift the class of Skoda Laura. The front portion of Laura is stunning and so is the rear side.
Taillights extend to the side sections of the car, adding style to elegance. The rear side flaunts a mechanical windshield sunshade and dual chrome exhaust. Cushioned seats and enough legroom means that you have nothing to worry about when it comes to comfort.
Variants and Price
Skoda Laura is available in three variants - Ambiente, Elegance and Laurin & Klement. Base price of the luxury sedan is Rs 16.8 lakhs approximate.
Safety
The car�s safety solutions include Airbags, Safety curtain, Anti Braking System (ABS), and Acceleration Skid Restrain (ASR) System. Collapsible steering wheel and compartment structure of the front also make the car withstand the accidents.
Engine
The car is equipped with path breaking patented 1.9 Pumpe Duse Technology that results in high fuel efficiency and low emissions. It has a powerful 1.9L PD (Pump Duse technology) diesel engine that delivers an impressive 105 bhp power at 4000 rpm and torque of 250 Nm at 1900 rpm. The engine is run with direct fuel injection system.
