the throw of the two headlights is powerful, ensuring proper on-road
lighting. The exposed square tube, double cradle chassis and plenty of
chrome enhance the masculine look of the GF Laser.
Control and Comfort
The GF Laser is equipped with a car dashboard style chrome instrument
cluster that includes features like a digital gear indicator, side stand
retract indicator and trip meter. Telescopic front suspension and coil
springs at the rear can arrange good handling and a fairly comfortable
ride. It also has instrumentation like digital gear indicator, engine
kill switch, pass light, tachometer, tripmeter etc. Suspension system
ensures jerk free riding even in a pathetic road condition. Its
ergonomic seat with better posture makes one relaxed during long
journey. 220mm disc brakes can bring the bike to immediate halt.
Engine
The bike is equipped with a single cylinder, four-stroke, air-cooled
165cc engine that churns out a maximum power of 14.8 bhp at 8000 rpm and
torque of 15 Nm @ 6000 rpm. The four-valve configuration of the engine
arranges for better power delivery. At the same time it also offers good
fuel efficiency. Impressive mileage of 50 kmpl is combined with the top
speed of 115 kmph. The engine has been counter balanced effectively to
minimize vibration assuring smooth riding.
