Indian Railway Stations

Indian Railways is penetrating more and more into the far-flung regions of India. The influx of rail tracks in the areas leads to the arrangement of railway stations too. There are innumerable railways stations in India and it is really difficult to determine the actual number of stations. However, it is estimated that there are more or less 8,000 railway stations in India. In this article, a list of some important railway stations has been given with their names and codes.
