pressure, high cholesterol, depression, gastric disorders, constipation,
insomnia, arthritis, pimples, dark circles etc.
The most striking feature of the therapy is that it is very easy to
perform. To observe water therapy one should take a liter or a liter and
a half of water early in the morning, empty stomach. Each glass of water
should be taken at a stretch. Initially there might be problem in
practicing the therapy, but with time the body will get used to it.
Urinate a number of times in the first hour of the therapy and allow the
body to purify itself. However, it should be remembered that when
conducting the therapy, nothing should be eaten one hour before and
after.
Moreover, alcohol is also prohibited on the previous night. The water
therapy will be useful, only when it is followed without any gap. The
schedule should not be hampered for three months for best results. High
cholesterol food should also be avoided during this period of time.
However, there is a word of caution attaches with the water therapy. One

because everybody has a different body and the therapy might not suit
