ATS Group (ATS) is gradually becoming a leading brand in the real estate industry today. It was founded in 1998, by Mr. Getamber Anand and Mr. Ashwani Talwar. The company due to its quality service, was quickly acknowledged by the market and soon forged into a group with growth into various ancillary companies under the flagship of ATS Infrastructure Ltd. They have proved themselves as a leading player to cater urban infrastructure demands. Some of the on-track projects of this group are estimated to become extremely successful and that is why, ATS Group is able to grab some of the most important projects of the real estate industry leaving behind its competitors.

Business Areas
ATS groups has spiraled itself into three companies � the ATS Infrastructures Ltd., ATS Promoters and Builders and ATS Construction and Maintenance Pvt. Ltd. All these three companies have a successful proven track record. The ATS Promoters have proved themselves to be an ideal choice to work upon urban infrastructure projects and are known for their promptness, adherence to dead line, high quality approach, corporate governance and transparency. ATS Infrastructure has also established its forte in identifying striking parcels of land throughout the country especially in NCR, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Goa and Dehradun.

Major Projects
In attempt to provide affordable luxury, the company has constructed residential complexes in Noida covering an area of 500,000 Sq.ft namely ATS Greens I & ATS Greens II. Both of these complexes are 100 % occupied and the 3rd project in Noida - ATS Greens Village, which covers over 1.5 Million sq. ft project, is also sold out. These world class residential complexes tell the tale of the commitment and innovative appeal of this group. In only a decade of its existence, the ATS group has established a very strong impact of itself in the real estate sector in the country.

New Ventures
Owing to its proven track record in the past 11 years, the company has bagged some real important projects for future. The marvelous work and professionalism that the ATS Group has shown in the construction of world class residential complexes in Noida have also enhanced the confidence of the clients in theis group. Some of the major on-going projects of the company are ATS Greens Paradiso in Greater Noida, ATS Golf Meadows Prelude in Dera Bassi (Chandigarh), ATS Advantage in Indrapuram, Ghaziabad, ATS Glenvale in Dehradun and ATS Haciendas in Ghaziabad.
