Some of the major projects undertaken by the company are the 33-storeyed 'Kshitij' at Napean Sea Road, the 39 storeyed "Kalpataru Heights" at Mumbai Central, the sprawling 211-acre "Srishti complex" (consisting of a school, hospital and college), Kalpataru Habitat at Parel, Kalpataru Horizon at Worli, Kalpataru Mall at Thane, Kalpataru Synergy, Santacruz and Kalpataru Residency at Sion. All of them stand apart from the crowd and bear the hallmark of Kalpataru's design excellence. New Ventures
One of the recent projects of Kalpataru Group is a premium residential complex in Ghatkopar West (Mumbai), called 'Kalpataru Aura'. The complex is conveniently located in the vicinity of major commercial destinations of Mumbai, including Bandra Kurla Complex and Andheri Kurla Complex. One can easily access leading hospitals, colleges, malls, multiplexes and schools, all of them being located in the proximity of the residential complex. The complex is spread over 13.5 acres of land.

Another new venture of Kalpataru Group is 'Kalpataru Riverside', located at Panvel. Kalpataru Riverside is a residential development, spread across several acres of lush green beauty, with landscaped gardens. Luxurious amenities are provided at Riverside. As many as 14 quake-resistant multi-storeyed towers are included in the project. The upcoming projects of Kalpataru Group include Kalpataru Pinnacle in Malad and Kalpataru Splendour in Wakad (Pune), both being residential projects.
