Major Projects
At present, Parsvnath Developer's ongoing 100 projects include integrated townships, group housing, shopping malls, it parks, commercial complexes, hotels and SEZ projects across all industry verticals in India. The projects are estimated to cover over 200 million square feet across all real estate verticals of India. In an effort to take advantage of the sweeping retail boom in the country, Parsvnath Developers have forged an innovative alliance with the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation to construct malls along the metro tracks. The B.O.T arrangement with the DMRC envisages construction of five malls along the railway tracks - in areas that are essentially inhabited by the economically weaker sections of society.

New Ventures
Recently, Parsvnath Developers has managed to get a contract from DMRC, for the construction of a residential accommodation project at Mundka Depot for Phase II of Delhi MRTS project. In June 2009, Parsvnath Developers signed an agreement with a renowned real estate private equity fund called 'Red Fort Capital', to make investment for its premium residential project in Khyberpass, Civil Lines, in Delhi. Parsvath Developer's new venture is Parsvnath La Tropicana, a luxury residential project that is spread over an area of 16.84 acres. The project is executed by Parsvnath Landmark Developers Pvt. Ltd, (PLDPL), a fully-owned subsidiary of Parsvath Developer's Limited.
