New Ventures
K Raheja Corp. has collaborated with ProLogis for the acquisition of land, development of properties and management of the assets in various parts of India. The joint venture initially aimed to develop opportunities in some of the fastest growing cities of India, including Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata and Pune. Through this joint venture, the Group has already managed to acquire about 27 acres of land in Loni near Pune and looks forward to acquire more land in other key markets. K Raheja Corp. has planned to set up at least eight malls, by 2010.
